Exceptional customer service. I bent a bolt that they didn't have in their shop. Logan made some calls and was able to find it at another shop. He went above and beyond to get me back on my bike. If only every bike shop was as wonderful as red rock!
Awesome service! Needed brake adjustments during a multi week bike trip from Oregon to Utah last month. Showed up at their shop in Cedar City with only a few hours notice while driving from the Flaming Gorge to Hurricane area on a Saturday afternoon. Red Rock crew turned the brake job around and tuned my shifters inside of 2 hours!!
Everyone was helpful, friendly and courteous. My brakes/gears worked flawlessly up on Little Creek Mesa. Thanks to everyone at the shop for helping to make our 2020 southern Utah mountain biking experience amazing.
Came in from out of town and had bike issues an hour before close. Amazingly, they were able to fix the bike that night. So we were able to continue with our plans to ride early the next day. Fantastic and friendly service.
We love this place. BEST bike shop in the Western US bar none. Great support whether you are repairing, renting or buying a new bike. We've been coming here for more than two decades and their service has stayed excellent, the quality of their products top marks and we are always greeted with a smile.
Just ran into a pinch while visiting for some riding in St George and needed a quick fix... Other shops were quoting me at least a week out to get it fixed, whereas these dudes had me taken care of in less than an hour (and right before they closed). Had an awesome experience and highly recommend 👍
