These guys have been nothing short of phenomenal for me. I ordered an eBike online from a small outfit in Brooklyn. They willingly assembled it. Later on I wanted to jailbreak the Bosch mid-drive motor, something they had never done before. But they took the time to watch YouTube videos and did it. Then, they swapped out my rear sprocket for a larger piece. Keep in mind, I have an Enviolo CVT shifting system, which is uncommon. It required some extra work, but they did everything cheerfully and thoroughly. I have the utmost confidence in this shop!
Great experience! Rapid Cycle had the ability to secure and expertise to install a non-conventional tubular tire. They also installed new handlebar tape doing a very professional job. They did the work in a reasonable time frame. I would have them do additional work as needed. Thanks Rapid Cycle!
One of your employees saw that my friend and I were stranded on the side of the road with a broken down bike. He pulled over to assist, and ended up hauling us and our bikes back to the shop. He found the part I needed to get my bike back on the road- no charge. I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name! Thank you for watching out for cyclists. I will definitely go out of my way to give you my business on future St. George trips!
I took in my mountain bike to these guys to get some brakes installed and to do a service on the bike. They did an excellent job on what I wanted them to do. I would recommend them for bike services any days. Thanks rapid cycling.
