Zach went above and beyond with customer service. He even updated our Element with the newest software. I would definitely use St.George pedego for all your ebike needs. And will definitely be coming back to this store for future purchases and rentals!
I definitely recommend these guys. I called bunch of shops in St. George looking for last minute a bike rentals and everyone was full and made me jump through hoops. These guys were super easy to work with. Rented them in no time at all and even returned them on a Sunday when they are normally closed. Zack came down on his day off to allow me to return them. Highly recommend.
I stopped by the brand new store today and chatted with the owner, Shawn. He's a really nice guy. I expressed interest in his bikes and he was a wealth of information. These are cool electric bikes! They are better than the competitors (AND LESS EXPENSIVE!) because they actually have parts available for older models. The other brands only stock current model parts and then they change for the next model. I highly recommend Pedego if you're in the market for an electric bike!
Y’all, Shawn was Awesome walking us through the details of how to operate the Pedego bikes! My mom hadn’t been on a bike in over 40 years and it had been almost 10 years since I’d been on one. These are The Coolest Bikes! He made us feel at ease and checked on us twice when we came across each other out on the trails! Rent these, you won’t be disappointed! We were staying at the Southern Utah RV Resort and took these out for a spin! Amazing companies. 5 plus stars! I’d like to purchase one of these bikes when I get home :)
