Great place, Great location and the Manager and staff are very Friendly and helpful.

Overall happy and would stay at again. And there breakfast was great, especially for $10 (5/2019). The room was clean.nThat said, the room pictured on Expedia was nicer than the room we actually got. And the AC unit for our room was really loud.

Rick and his son working at the Inn were very nice people, so it makes it a little difficult for me to give this one star review, but I didn't want another traveler to have our experience. The first room we were shown was actually in the basement, and it looked like a basement with old torn carpets, exposed pipes and wires in the ceiling, and a strong smell of Lysol. The second room we were shown was in the house next door on the third floor, and the place looked like an old rundown tenement. This was a non-refundable reservation. Our home is about 1 hour away, we could not spend the night in one of these rooms, therefore we decided to drive home, and forfeit our Newport weekend. So we are out $213.00.

Nice rooms, great people, breakfast was delicious.
