enjoyed this B&B. the breakfast was Continental with very good fresh fruit, homemade mini pastries good juice, and cereal.in the heart of Newport, lovely town waterfront town. .highly recommend! only downside, room is small.

The suite was great great kitchen.

The staff were wonderfully welcoming. Brian, the manager, had a handy list of all the recommended restaurants to visit. He seemed very knowledgeable about the area, and personally knew quite a few of the local restaurant owners and interesting bartenders. The BR was next door to the sea, shops, and landmarks, making travel by foot unbelievably convenient. My girlfriend and I agreed that we would definitely stay here again upon our return to Newport.

A nice stay at a great value. Sheets are very soft. Room is simple but comfortable, a casual cottage type seaside oasis. Protocol for check in and check out were very convenient. Laid back atmosphere, yet well run. Scones and fruit in the morning.
