Wonderful accommodations!nnCottage is perfectly located, right ‘in the middle of everything’ downtown, but just far enough off the main drag for private feel. First impressions upon entering is ‘vacation cottage’, very bright and welcoming. Little details are noticeable (beach towels, gourmet coffee), very cool kitchen with breakfast nook, bathrooms with showers up and down stairs, comfortable master bed with plenty of extra bedding if needed, AC worked great... just overall a perfect place for your Newport stay for anything from a couple to a family of four.nnPhil was terrific. Got us booked with zero issue, checked in the day before our arrival and made sure we were all set... fantastic guy.nnOverall a five star experience. We will DEFINITELY be back!
This adorable, beachy cottage was located on a quiet side street just steps from both the bustle of Thames and the water of the harbor. The quaint and minimally tasteful decor was an oasis for a quiet night in or lovely breakfast in its airy kitchen or adjacent yard. Then amenities had all you could need for your stay, with a fully stocked kitchen, 2 full baths, an upstairs bedroom and a murphy bed as well as a futon for extra guests. Off street parking was a definite plus as was the grill and air conditioning. This hidden gem made a Newport stay even better with its taste and charm. Cannot wait to come back again!
The cottage was awesome. Great location to shops and restaurants.
