The only reason I did not give a 5 star is the establishment could use is a decor update. Just that it's a bit tired. All in all, our off season stay was wonderful. Our suite had every amenity and the desk staff were super pleasant and helpful.

The location is great and nearby everything. Loved the functioning fireplace and balcony overlooking the bay. Definitely great if you are going with a bigger group. Some things could be better though, definitely a bit outdated. The tub with jets looked like it was constantly just trying to be fixed with plaster. The mattresses weren’t the best but not a big deal. The living room area was very cold compared to the rest of the place and the heat was at 80, obviously just a winter issue. It was very loud at night, could’ve just been our room because of the heat I think, so just a winter issue. But very loud and constant. All in all it was very spacious and good for a weekend with a group or family in the summer.

Amazing apartment style rooms! Staff was excellent ud83dude0a I was able to cook in the full kitchen for 15 people with plenty of room and seating for everyone. The best in Newport!

This place is absolutely gorgeous and our room and the views were amazing!!! The front desk agents both checking in and checking out were extremely professional and very accommodating. We loved it so much that we will be back again! Can't wait!!!

Nice place. For February Thames st. Was busy. Walking distance to O'brien's, seasons gas station. Rooms a bit outdated. Someone complained we were loud at 8 pm. We have 3 boys they were bot crazy. Front desk super helpful and kind. Pool was very warm. Lots of parking. Whirlpool tub in master was nice but needs some updating. Overall I think it's a beautiful resort especially in the summer. If I bought directly from resort I would have considered it too much. We rented from someone whom had a share. Definitely would go back. No oven. But gas dishes toaster . Toaster oven and microwave. We brought a flat top. King bed was comfy. The twins not so much.
