I am NOT understanding some of these REVIEWS!!!nI had to book a 7 day stay online at the last minute because my apartment move in date got delayed and These reviews had me nervous as heck checking into this Motel because I just knew it would be terrible but to my surprise IT WAS NOT. I had a NON SMOKING ROOM and it was pretty decent for the PRICE and I do mean PRETTY DECENT. No smells, my sheets were super clean and white along with my towels and they had all toiletries stocked. This is NOT a 5 star hotel, you are not going to get the glam and super fancy stuff so you should NOT expect it especially when you didn’t pay for that! This is the best MOTEL I’ve seen for the PRICE and I would definitely stay here again. The front desk staff are super friendly as well and VERY willing to help.
Hands down best relaxing, peaceful, kind friendly staff.... I will definitely make my way back here! Tub extra clean was able to sit and bathe. Breakfast and all for $62 u can not beat that. Staff shoveled snow infront of my door, street, and even my car. So amazing
Samantha that works at the front desk went above and beyond for us . Our semi truck got stuck in the shop for a few days and we ended up needing somewhere to stay. Samantha went out of her way to help us figure out what places delivered food in the area and when our room had a heating problem she quickly remedied the problem. This girl is a great employee . Thank you Samantha for making a bad situation so much better.
Started off with really great customer service. Then we got to the room. TV didn't work so we called the front desk. A few minutes later there was a knock at the door, he told us he was with maintenance. We let him in and he fixed the TV. We showed him a shelf in the bathroom that was about to fall out of the wall. He took the shelf with him.
Friendly staff and clean & comfortable room. This place might look rundown from outside and in the middle of nowhere, but inside is renovated well. The individual access to each room from the parking slot eliminated contact with others during the pandemic which is a big plus in our opinion. For the price we paid, we will definitely stay here again.
