Elevators don't work MOST of the time. ALL ice machines are broken. No cold water. Got threatened by staff. Homeless shelters are in better working condition. Microwave in my room doesn't work. Neither does my phone. Can't get internet. I could go on.

This is the worse place I have ever stayed. Dirty....elevators didn't work. No flat sheets on beds. No maid service. No cups of any kind in the room. They could give me rooms and I wouldn't use them. What a pig pen.

Another good hotel to stay at people are very nice and courteous customers customer service is good

DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!. The inefficiency of the Staffs, Manager and everyone that works there is unimaginable. I was there for 3 days, they said i had to drop a 100 dollar cash deposit before staying, which i did. I was about to leave and i was told they could not find the deposit. I live in Cincinnati, 4 hours away. I traveled back, and have been calling them for a month, still no positive response. I finally got a hold of the ineffective manager after a month and he told me they could not find any record of my deposit. I AM SUING THIS HOTEL!!!!!!

They lied about the price of the hotel room so I could not stay there I want to Doubletree Hotel
