Our stay here was top rated! Todd the GM is amazing, he made our weekend stay for a birthday celebration even more memorable and special. I was pleasantly surprised when contacted prior to arriving welcoming us to the hotel. Our room was perfect and the extra attention to detail unmatched from anywhere else we've stayed in Cleveland. Thanks Todd we'll definitely think of the Hyatt upon returning to the area.

Amazing views, amazing front desk. Nick treated us very well. We had a blast and it's super close to all kinds of activities! The inside of this hotel is phenomenal. I have stayed at many places but this one has by far been my favorite. It won't be the last time we come hereud83dudc95

Beautiful hotel in a historical building! We loved the architecture and the details of The Arcade, the building where the Hyatt is located. It is a mall in the first 2 lower levels and the hotel rooms start on the 3rd floor. Be sure to get a room with an arcade view. The location is also great and it is close to a lot of attractions and restaurants.

It was beautiful, I do recommend paying the extra $20 for a room with a view we literally got a view of other buildings connected. playhouse square was maybe a 7-10 min walk depending on if it’s windy and cold and the hotel it’s self was so big you go the the other end and their are restaurants, a bowling alleys, and the jack casino is across the street from the other entrance. Only downfall is parking I used the parking garbage near to it which is $12 a night but if you leave you have to pay the $12 each time, so the whole weekend I left my car there and walked to most places. It’s literally right in the middle of everything I really enjoyed it, truly it was almost like the titanic when you’re inside of it ☺ufe0f

Very cool old building with cool architecture. Staff was nice. Lots of cool little places to eat only a short walk. Was there on a Monday so downtown was kind of dead though. Probably very cool when hopping on a nice summer weekend.
