Well, It's not a fancy place but for a budget motel it was nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were Very Comfortable. The window in the room needs to be cleaned.! A covered walkway from the parking lot would be nice during inclement weather. The location was good, near several places within waking distance. My friend and I walked all around. From the Arena to the Jack Casino there's plenty of Restaurants, Pubs/Taverns, Stores and even an Ice Cream Shop. Very walkable and safe with many attractions.
Very easy to find. Nice rooms, comfortable beds and security parking. 4 min from our dance venue. Amazing place to stay.
Wasn't prepared for them to take an extra $100.00 as a deposit since I booked through a third party...Hotels.com. Thought I should've known that prior to booking!!! Now waiting on my $100.00 to go back in my account!nRoom was clean and king bed was awesome!
Excellent stay my family enjoyed it house keeping and front desk so friendly unfortunately we were there for a funeral. But the 3 days that we were there was well spent touring around downtown Cleveland and meeting more of my husband's family.
Be careful. They charge you an extra $100 for deposit once you check in on top of whatever price you pay for the stay. They'll tell you that you'll receive it back once you check out but the truth is, you most likely won't. But if you don't mind being robbed then this is a good place for you! There are several nicer hotels in the area that don't require a deposit! This place isn't worth it.
