Room is solid-ish. Sadly we did find the bathroom soap,shampoo,conditioner to have the last people's hairs on them and under the caps. Called the front desk and they redid the bathroom.nBut then only 2 large towels for a family room ... large bed and a bunk bed set up. and we were to tired to call down again.nI did find the last visitors? Trash left over by the coffee machine... so yeah againnValet parking they wanted 37 bucks a night... 10 bucks more than 2 blocks down the street.nnI wouldn't recommend this hotel at this rate . We travel a lot and these were easily noticed and fixable :(nnEdited: we ordered in from a restaurant. My husband went down to the street to pick it up and the valet guy leaned over and asked the driver if he was tipped?! Out of line.

Attended a murder mystery dinner last night at the Crowne Plaza Cleveland Playhouse Square and it was wonderful! The hotel team was very friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious, the drinks creative and reasonably priced and the performance group was able to engage the group despite COVID masks and regulations. We felt safe and thoroughly enjoyed the performance and dining experience - would highly recommend.

Amazing night clerk Michael....offered upgrade, called up to room to check on us. Wow! Dud day clerk....I think for maybe only the second time in my life, declined a late check out (''we don't offer that for Priceline guests'. This on a slow Sunday). Also, a small thing....they have done away with bar soap in favor of shower gel, but they only give you one small bottle. You have to choose between the sink or the shower.nnPhysical plant is high quality, terrace overlooking Playhouse Square is neat..

Hotel was nice but they charged both my card and my boyfriends card. I booked through hotels.com. When asked if I would like to use the card on file, I asked if we could change the card. The woman said we could change the card to my boyfriends. I specifically asked her, will I get charged from hotels.com and she said no. Well guess what We were both charged. I have now been dealing with this for two weeks. The man I spoke with on the phone said they would refund me. It has been a week and now they are saying they need confirmation and manager approval when the man on the phone one week ago specifically told me I would get refunded after I gave him my booking number. This is absolutely absurd that I have to deal with this. Definitely would not return to this hotel.

Great location, service was ok. I was very concerned our reservation was cancelled because the agent at the front said the hotel had declined our request. It was only until his manager clarified that they couldn't print some documents we requested... besides thatnnThere is no parking, no breakfast and no water bottles. The thing that really made our stay worth while was the incredibly comfortable bed.
