My review is for the bar only. I loved the vibe. Happy hour by the fireplace during winter in Cleveland, what could be better?! The happy hour red blend was delicious as were all the bar bites!
Hotel is very well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
My husband and I enjoyed a WONDERFUL Christmas getaway at the Ritz Carlton Cleveland this past weekend. From the moment we arrived, the exemplary service was very apparent. Each team member greeted us with a warm smile and holiday greeting. Everyone was extremely personable, and we felt they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.nAlso worth noting...We were there during a pretty big snow storm, and traveled across town for a Christmas dinner reservation. Well, after dinner, we tried to get an Uber/Lyft/car service to pick us up and take us back to the hotel, only to find there were no cars available due to the snow storm and holiday. I called the hotel and they did everything they could, and made call after call to find us a car service, and they did! I have never been so happy! They were so thoughtful and helpful. They certainly saved the day. THANK YOU to everyone who helped us.nWe travel A LOT, and my standards are high... We will absolutely return! Thank you!
The Ritz is always perfect. Beautiful, Clean, the bed was extremely comfortable.nThe shower was the best ever.
How rude! We came to enjoy a wedding and had a hour to kill between the wedding and the reception.nnWaiting in the open lounge dining area we were told we could not order a drink or appetizers until 5:30. My diabetic 81 year old mother was with me and we couldn’t order anything.nI went to the front desk to see if I could order room service to enjoy and was told that if it wasn’t delivered to the room it was not permitted!nnI’ve never been to a hotel that would not servenFood and beverages. And I would certainly never attempt to here!
