It was great checking in last night. Was told they had breakfast to go. Then checked out. Miss crabby with her mask hanging on her chin. Tells me its 8 dollars and its not worth it. Wow Holiday inn express gives FREE breakfasts. And don't give you an attitude. Plus never gave me my receipt.
Had a pretty good stay recently. I wish they wouldn't allow people to sit in the lounge area without masks on but the room was clean and the staff was friendly. I'm sure they just don't want to deal with those people and I don't blame them.
Did not meet expectations. Room was musty. Pool closed indefinitely. Fitness center equipment mostly out of order. Had to sign up for a Hilton honors to get a good rate. Mediocre breakfast was $8 extra. Guess I won’t be using that honors account in the future. A fine place to rest our heads for a night.
We spent just one night here, but it was v comfortable & memorable for the nice rooms and great hospitality. We would certainly stay here again.
Totally worth the price! Beautiful place and great customer service. Thank you reservation people and check in person.
