Hands down the BEST experience ever! No nonsense, fast & efficient, very cost effective. Got it all done a week ahead of schedule. The installers were courteous and left no mess. I cannot express my appreciation enough compared to past experiences with other companies. Everything looks great & my wife is so happy. It's a pretty big roof & they were cleaned up & gone in under 4 hours! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
We find it a challenge to find impressive contractors. But recently had the opportunity to meet Jason Kear with Summit for a roof inspection on behalf of my mother who had received a poor quality roof replacement fall 2020. Jason did a thorough inspection and explained a lot to us. He was very professional and we feel very comfortable moving forward with using him for the roof repairs/replacement. Definitely would recommend to anyone roof shopping to check this company out first.
We couldn’t have been more pleased with our interaction with Jamie. Our roof has had problems with leaking on and off for several years, and we have tried to remedy it in several ways. Summit was timely in responding and sent an expert out very quickly. The assessment was comprehensive. However, where the service really impressed us was in the explanation. Through several conversations, Jamie answered our questions in detail and provided honest and thoughtful solutions for us, including several that were more practical and lower cost, which he recommended first. I can confidently say that we would be very happy to work with summit on any future projects involving our property and would recommend them to anyone who needed service.
Summit Building Company did an absolute fabulous job repairing my roof. They not only were extremely timely by being early for the appointment, but there customer service and quality of work was professional and quality. I would definitely recommend them and I plan to use them again. Thank you Summit for going beyond the call of duty to ensure satisfaction.
We were referred to Summit by a friend who used their services and had a good experience. They are a great company to work with. They are on time, friendly, and professional. We had our roof replaced and our neighbors across the street liked their work so they had their roof replaced also. We are now having them come and do gutter work. I would use them for any of the services that they provide.
