lovely but needs some safety upgrades.
I booked the house for an event with my girlfriends. Love the look and feel of the house and how relaxing it was for our little crew. It’s simple enough to ‘get away from it all’ yet comfortable enough to feel taken care of. The owners made themselves available if we needed it. Rustic, charming and relaxing.
We found a gem in the Yellow Springs, Oh area! We like to get away and go to the great restaurants, Yellow Springs Brewery and take a walk in the woods. Now we have a wonderful option if we want to stay overnight or the weekend! It is a lovely house with unique hand-picked décor and plenty of space to unwind inside and outside. The grounds are absolutely unbeatable! Check out the spring in the back which adds so much to the peace and tranquility of the property. Glad to have this in the area!
I would live here! Its beautiful and quiet but there are plenty of ammenities nearby. Perfect for a wedding, reception, and honeymoon all in one!
The Partington Spring House hosted our intimate wedding the weekend of September 16th. Everything, from the planning/prep phases to the execution of the ceremony & reception (both were held on site) was handled with care, the owners treated us with the up-most respect and care, as if it were their own wedding! I had a complicated vision, they answered every question along the way meeting with us multiple times and even assisting in the creative vision of the final product. My husband and I researched many venues around the Dayton area and The Partington Spring house offered the unique, European nearly fairly tale style I dreamed/Pinterested in my own mind. It was literally the night of our dreams and wouldn't have been possible without the ladies of The Partington Spring House!
