So, I went out in this 20 degree weather to pick up my meds, my copay was 1 dollar. I swiped my card n pressed accept.. The woman asked me to swipe again so I did, mind you the first time I also signed my signature... So after a few more swipes of my card, I told the woman I wish not to continue to swipe my card , I believe I paid for it. She called the manager BARDHYL LAZE, and he asks me to swipe my card AGAIN. I told him I wish not to.. Long story short due to their machine sending a error message I ended up going home empty handed with no meds. Meanwhile the could have just voided the one dollar as a courtesy. Was it so hard to accomidate me for 1 dollar when ur machine is not working. Having me wait and wait and wait while u try n figure out what's wrong with ur machine. Just horrible. 10:48pm

No receipt came out of the machine so I had no idea what I was actually charged except for the I had 30% of coupon and don't know if it was even applied. I had to wait for an employee to go and get a $15 CVS rewards certificate because the machine didn't print it. The machines are awful.

Complete disaster. Security came up to ny face not letting me come into the store because i didnt have a face covering. As i told him i have a medical exemption he still kept yelling and screaming. Horrible management. Refused to give me his name.

This store is the worst. While checking out at the self check out at 11:30 pm one of the employees steps 2 feet behind me. Upon asking for them to maintain 6 foot distance they step away and then step right back. With this I was not polite in asking the second time. This led to the manger urging with me about that the worker was doing their job helping customers.nMind you I was the only one there at this time and did not ask for help. Imagine having to ask for an employee to stay a say distance away with guide lines required.nI will be putting a a formal complaint in tomorrow.

Went in to pickup my medicine from the pharmacy, was welcomed by a long line of people. No problem I thought. Then i see just how slow the pharmacists were, one lady even blatantly on her phone as customers waited to pick up their medicine. This type of behavior is completely inappropriate for a pharmacy where people rely on them to survive. Some staff are helpful, while others just seem like they don't wanna be there. I will be changing pharmacies from now on.
