DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Niagara Falls New York

Had a pretty good experience at the DoubleTree. Didn’t have that great a time at the restaurant. The dinner menu was fairly good, but breakfast left a lot to be desired.nnThis is definitely a place I’d recommend staying if you’re going to the falls. But make sure you make a reservation for dinner.

My husband and I love it at Double Tree by Hilton. We celebrated his birthday weekend and it was awesome. We had a great time, the staff was wonderful, especially Ashley that works in the restaurant, she went above and beyond to make sure that we were ok and well taken care of. The food was so yummy, this chef is good. Love it, love it. Will definitely come back. The place is very clean.

Absolutely amazing! Shinning example of how the double tree should be ran. Very roomy rooms. The pool area could be cleaned better. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Rooms were nice and clean but seemed like a lot of background noise. Staff was great. Had to wait over an hour to check in though because our room wasn't ready on time. Restaurant was good. Need to make a reservation though so call ahead if you want to eat there when you arrive.

Very bad room was so cold heater wasn’t working but wasn’t told to use the unit by window. No extra towels had to ask. Decided not to stay another night. Sunday morning at 12:30am someone was throwing stuff in another room called front desk and they said they’re taking care of it. Finally police came they had the girl screaming in the hall way. Police took that person out until 1:30am. Never again coming here. It’s a dump!
