Rainbow House Bed & Breakfast

Stayed here in October of 2018. Check in was easy as was finding my room. There were travel pamphlets, maps and information regarding my stay in my room. In the living room you'll find complimentary tea, hot or cold filtered water, a microwave, biscuits and cookies if you need a late night snack. Nut snacks are for sale for $2 as were bottles of water for $1. These could be found at the bottom of the stairs in a basket. Breakfast is available for purchase from 7-10 am but since we were at the casino so late I could not wake up in time for breakfast. Breakfast was $10. In the morning when I was ready to go at 11 a.m. I had the pleasure of meetingLaura Lee who runs the bed and breakfast. She was delightful to talk with. She recommended I check out Maid of the Mist and I'm so glad I did. The Inn is about a 15 min walk to the falls.

Laura Lee and her rainbow house is a great place to stay! I came with my girlfriend for a quiet and romantic weekend and everything was as you'd hope for at a bed and breakfast. The house was personal, our room (the garden room) was splendid and had a really nice private bathroom, and breakfast was complete with eggs, breakfast meat, yogurt, granola, fruit, cinnamon rolls, and coffee/tea. Laura Lee was really nice and accommodating as well. The place has cute cats too.

My husband and I used the owner's wedding service and it was better than i thought possible! She was very helpful both over the phone and in person! She answered every question I had, helped us pick our spot to married at The Falls, gave us the choice or a traditional or religious ceremony, and worked with me on making payments and her price was great! The photographer and videographer did beautiful work as well! And she even got us a delicious wedding cake! She helped make our special day possible! I would recommend her to any couple and tell they were lucky to have such a wonderful person be a part of their special day!

Room was from walking distance from state park and the casino. It was such a delightful experience to stay in Rainbow house. It was stocked with all necessary supplies and breakfast was delicious. Host Laura's hospitality was impeccable.

The place is a lovely country house. The hostess Laura is energetic, and her breakfast is quite good also...
