Park Place Bed & Breakfast

Owner bought the place for a song, public records and all. It could really use some maintenance. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates and expired food. I think the ladies with us went through and threw most expired items away. The kitchen is definitely a one cook kitchen, very small. Beds are small and some are very squeaky. The neighborhood is a little sketch, within a couple blocks is VERY sketch. The local grocery store is someplace you don't want to be in after dark. I think the prices are high all things considered. The owner requires a $500 damage deposit in cash be placed in a drawer when you arrive, which means he is in the house after you arrive. The key is hanging outside where I'm sure all the neighbors know where it is. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my valuables in the house when gone.

Host is nice and courteous.. The house is too old and some bathrooms don't function well. Though bedrooms are nice, if bathrooms are upgraded, stay will be much more comfortable.. Heater systems are ancient and sometimes won't heat well..

Bev and Mark are so wonderful!!!nThey made the stay a breeze. We love it here and will be back!!!

Have not been. But heard good things about this b&b.

Park Place is in walking distance of most American Niagra attractions. Parking is easy and free.
