The Butler House Bed & Breakfast

If you're looking for the best Bed & Breakfast in Niagara Falls, look no further! Dan and Jamie set the bar for a bed and breakfast after our stay. From the moment you walked in, you can tell every detail is thoughtfully considered. We stayed here with another couple for 3 nights and we all can't stop talking about it. The house is immaculate, and we always felt very comfortable. We stayed in the Regatta Room (with the sun porch) and had a very spacious room and bathroom. The parlor area is a really nice room to use to enjoy the company of our friends. Dan and Jamie went above and beyond for us during our stay. They were extremely hospitable and we loved getting their recommendations to restaurants, activities, shops, etc. And you can't forget about the breakfast! Each day we were treated with a sweet and savory dish that blew any restaurant out of the water. It was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed every aspect of it. We can't wait to come back and visit again!

My husband and I stayed at the Butler House with a group of our friends. This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast and Jamie and Dan have certainly set the bar! From the first moment at check in, Jamie and Dan were there to greet us like we were old friends. They provided excellent recommendations on activities and local restaurants. Some of our favorite memories were made during our quant and delicious homemade breakfast service held by Jamie and Dan in their artfully restored dining room. They made us feel comfortable by providing a clean and safe place to stay during our travel. You can tell that they have poured their heart and soul into making this an experience that families and couples will not soon forget. I want to go tell everyone I know about this peace of heaven in Niagara Falls!

5 stars for The Butler House!!! Dan and Jamie have a beautiful newly remodeled home. Our room was warm and cozy and exceptionally clean. These guys go the extra mile. We stayed 6 nights and had the most beautiful breakfast each morning. Dan gave us pointers on activities and good restaurants to try in the area. The special added touches and genuine hospitality make The Butler House the perfect example of a great B&B. When in Niagara Falls, NY, please do not hesitate to give these guys a call. This was a trip we will never forget.

My partner and I stayed at The Butler House this past winter and we absolutely loved it there! This was our first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast as opposed to an AirBNB so we didn’t know what to expect, but our hosts, Dan and Jamie, were very hospitable and gave us recommendations for local hot spots to visit and dine at. They are a five-minute walk from Niagara Falls and the home is beautiful with both original and modern characteristics. We stayed in the Falls Room (named as such because at night you can hear Niagara Falls from that specific bedroom!) and we were glad to know that every room has their own custom keypad to get in as well as their own A/C unit. We were served different dishes all five days that we stayed there and each one was delicious! We also enjoyed all of the personal touches that went into the dish presentation, bedroom setup, and overall experience. Will definitely choose to stay at The Butler House again next time we visit Niagara Falls!

My husband and I stayed here from May 23-24, 2015. The house is conveniently located within walking distance of all the attractions. It was definitely worth staying here to avoid the problem of trying to find parking.
