Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Niagara Falls

Recent renewal hotel, good first impression. Spacious bedroom. Close to Niagara Falls attractions. First night strong smell to marihuana, we complained, but no answers received. Complementary sofa in the bedroom was not clean at all, rest of creeps on it.

J’Habanae at the front desk has been very friendly and welcoming! Our room is clean. A little peeling wallpaper in the bathroom.nnBreakfast is everything you could expect during Covid. I appreciate that it wasn’t brown paper bag and sealed. Individually wrapped things with lots of choices was nice.nnThe air conditioning is loud, but that’s been my experience at all hotels.

The elevators were covered in hand streaks our shower was dirty, finding staff to check in took awhile there was beer cans around the pool, and outside the entrance there were take out boxes filled with food next to the garbage by the ice machine FOR THREE DAYS the fact this is even a marriott is mind blowing literally dirty every where you look will never come back and would recommend never coming to this hotel

Not a bad hotel room is very nice and clean the pool was cold but other then that not bad

Not a place I would return to stay. Needed bathroom towels, and where told to pick them up st the front desk. The complementary breakfast is a joke, The only thing hot was the coffee. Stayed two days and not once, was the room cleaned. We left a day earlier than planned.
