There were no bed bugs, but I'd like to honorably mention not seeing a single staff member wearing a mask. My bed sheets were stained, and my wall had a splash of coffee on it.

I’ve read the reviews and all the little complaints.nThey’re definitely biased. This place was not the 4 seasons but it was nice clean and quiet... the breakfast is enough to get you on your way for the day, the staff is super nice, the location is close enough to walk (if you can) to everything, there’s a nice park by the Niagara river right down the street. Food delivery is fast due to proximity... like I said this isn’t the Waldorf so there were things I didn’t rightly expect but was thoroughly satisfied with my 5 day stay and overall experience... make sure you check WHO the review is coming from before you pass up an opportunity on a little gem. Open mindedness and positivity remember it’s a vacation! Solid 4.5 out of 5

Was comfortable, but I really wish it was more sound proofed like others I have stayed at. Neighbors both on the sides and above us, very loud late into the night and again early in the morning. Don't plan on getting a relaxing quiet sleep.

The hotel or motel smells. The pillows has marks on them. People above our room keep running through out the night. I booked my stay for 2 nights and was not able to stay a second night. When I walked in to the building I greeted the workers and they didn’t even answer. The woman just ask for my id and credit card. The bathroom walls were dirty. I will never go back to that nasty place, not even in my dream.

Staff was nice. Door lock didn't work on one of our rooms. They didn't have another one available, which resulted in my in-laws having to move all of their valuables to our room when we left. Breakfast was not good, at best. Half of the toaster was broken and the selection was watered down OJ and coffee, bagels, or cereal. I saw the owner walking around public areas without a mask on. The hot water did not work until we requested that it be turned on.nnI get the feeling they are trying to pinch pennies to maximize their profit. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place unless the ownership decides to make some upgrades to their investment. There are nicer places in the area I would have rather stayed at.
