Courtyard by Marriott Niagara Falls, USA

This was a great stay! The king room was so nice; it had its own balcony, a pullout couch, and the bed was super comfortable. This was a very spacious room. We loved everything about our stay here. The staff were great, the location was prime. We came during COVID so the bar/restaurant/lounge was shut down, but the pool and exercise room were still open on a reservation-basis. The pool was nice; not super fancy, but okay. The rooms were the highlight and wonderful!

So I'm familiar with Covid laying waist to the hospitality industry as I work in it myself. This Marriott property is beautiful. The building layout is confusing, given time to hang out here I would figure it out. I think the rooms are spacious but overpriced given that room service is on remission and many of the amenities are limited.nIt's unfortunate the surrounding neighborhood doesn't do it any justice. It was put in place for people to hit the roundabout and go straight to Niagara Park & the Falls etc. I'm sure there's a plan for that neighborhood anyways.nJust learned that there are RESIDENTS in the building above 3rd floor, not happy the moment we wanted to be in the room they were banging like kids going into play mode on the floor above us. I'm familiar with residential stays. Not a fan.nRained last night and I swore it was someone taking a shower at 3am for an hour. Non.. some type of vent that opens to the roof.. usually hearing rain is cool for me... But not when it's sounds like your bathroom shower is flooding.

Hotel is very nice it was clean and very well kept. The bed was a little hard but we slept great. Room is very nicely furnished very updated rooms. I love the little couch in the seating area and that the TV swivels so you can either watch it in bed or on the couch.nnBistro is closed due to Covid, but that's completely understandable. I wish they had coffee in the lobby areas though instead of just the little one you can make in the room.nIt's a short walk to Niagara Falls along the Rapids about 20 minutes from the hotel to the falls.

We enjoyed our time. The staff was amazing!!! Unfortunately because of Covid Starbucks is closed down so there wasn't an easy way to get food or coffee. The first floor view was worn down abandoned buildings. And other people in the hall were enjoying themselves which made the hall smell. Not in the hotels control but did put a damper on things. Like I said staff was amazing but nothing special otherwise.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The hotel room is spacious, and includes a futon in case there’s not enough beds for everyone or if someone just needs a space for themselves. The room includes a small mini-fridge and a microwave, which makes things pretty convenient. The bathroom was really clean too; however, showers took longer than usual due to how slow the drain was when clearing the tub. I hope the cleaning staff are made aware and fix that issue. Overall, the stay was great!
