Bertrand's Motel

Was very disappointed with their billing policy at the end of my stay.nWas there for 10 days in the off-season , no room service or maintenance , but still they tried to gouge me for the rate on check-out.nToo bad , otherwise I would have found nice things to say about what is realistically a dumpy dilapidated motel in need of a face-lift

Bertrams is a 29 ? unit hotel/motel in downtown Clayton NY. The hotel/motel is a long time family business. The hotel/motel is great. Very affordable. Coffee in rooms, very clean and bathroom was also very clean. I had queen size bed I slept great . A/C, wifi is provided by the village of Clayton. Rooms have a fridge, hair dryer, couch, tv, cable. And the staff are wonderful.

Very clean, cozy and affordable. Super friendly management and staff. Comfortable beds, fresh linens and towels are always provided. This place is great for extended stay, also.nSafe and family friendly in a terrific location.

Room was very clean n location was excellent as well.

We had a great room on the ground level, newly renovated! The shower had great pressure and check in and out was great! very convenient location for going on the wine tour, visiting river rat cheese and for a late night cap nearby! This was our second stay here, very friendly staff!
