False advertisement the rooms are tinynClaim there’s a pool no poolnNo breakfast maybe just due to covid but room card said there would be breakfast.nAlso heats smell like an electric fire.nShower water is too hot or too cold no inbetween.nNo microwave or fridge.nDidn’t clean our room.

It’s a okay hotel for the area, except for the service is so terrible. I wish I can give a zero star for the review. The front desk staff do not have customer service skills at all, no greeting for guests, they were busy smoking around, that’s why they never answer the phone at the front desk. They requested guests to signed agreement to not smoking inside the room but the front desk staff always smoking inside in the lobby, you can smell strong cigarette smoke in the lobby. We are so disappointed, especially Amber the manager did not take any responsibility at all as a manager or try to fix the problem for guests. Instead she was blaming another front desk staff that was working before her.

Decent hotel, good price, close to slopes to get that fresh pow

Price was horrible..why would you charge 173 dollars??? And for that kinda money so very much not worth it.room was disgusting. Seamed like there was an greasy coating on the furniture.this was not a clean room and with these pandemic times very unacceptable.plus the noise was unbearable we were only there for 5 hours couldn't take it any longer
