Shermans Inn on Main Bed & Breakfast

My friend and I stayed here 2 days ago, and we loved it. It's a gorgeous historic house, beautifully restored. Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable, and there are several nice spots to hang out and relax in the house, not to mention the fabulous porch. Georgia is a wonderful host, and the breakfast was fantastic.

Very nice inn. The house is completely renovated with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The breakfasts are delicious! There are plenty of wineries within a short drive if the inn. There is a pizza place just down the street as well as a great home-cooking restaurant called Ox and Rooster.

The place was very clean and comfortable and stylish. Our hostess was sweet and very accommodating. She served a perfect breakfast for us and had us thinking of excuses to come again.

I have been staying here for years. My room is the yellow room. Georgia is a top ten hostess and cook. Sitting on the front porch or out back by the fire pit sipping on some wine. Life doesn't get any better. Plus playing with Charlie the dog is a hoot.

I cannot express how this felt so much like home. The gourmet breakfasts were amazing, and the hostess so helpful! If you are anywhere near, this should be your base.
