Purchased a tune up and I'm extremely pleased. My bike rides wonderfully now. I asked when I should bring it back again, being a new commuter, and received a clear explanation of what to look for and when I should think about bringing it in. Even got it looking cute again and replaced some missing pieces I didn't even know had come off. I'm incredibly thankful for the swift and kind service and will definitely be coming back.nnThat ride back home was the nicest I've ever had on it, even when I first bought it new!
Cody and Tracy were great. Fixed my daughter’s stroller tire in a jiff. Price was very fair. Good people to chat with. Highly recommend.
My bike was in awful shape from wet fast ferry rides so I got the basic tune up, looks and feels like a new bike! They also changed my brake calipers and cables near cost of parts and had it ready next-day, 2 days earlier than expected. Amazing service!
So happy with the results of my first visit. The two bikes were accurately repaired a day earlier than promised; costing less than I expected.Tracy patiently listened to my concerns,, made sure she understood what I wanted and explained the cost and details of the work that would be done. I have other bikes that need her shop’s works. I will be back soon.
I just got my bike serviced here Not only did they fix my tires and replace the innertube but they also realigned my breaks for free and let me know about a potential future issue with my breaks.nnAlso not related to the service but they love dogs too I pass by there frequently on my walks and they love it when I stop by with Beast
