What is the reason the shop is closed, when it is written it should be open?

This locations is almost always closed... they will tell you it’s open over the phone then you’ll show up and they will say it’s closed today due to covid

Excellent quality bikes for a day trip in NYC. Super comfy seats and lock key holder. Friendly staff. Enjoyed every minute of it. Will come back.

Didn't have a record of my reservation when I arrived. Had bikes for us, none the less. Great price on Groupon. Decent bikes. Great way to get around central park.

Company is still taking reservations and payment online but seems to be no longer operating. I made a reservation for an all day bike rental and showed up at 09:45. Place was closed, phone number disconnected. Called 2 other locations, 1 line was also disconnected, the other rang out.
