We had a flat roof over the garage and a patio that was in good shape but need a little maintenance, so I did lots of research and found that Flat Roof Pros were the guys for my project. It turned out perfect and looks very professional and I feel it will do just what I need it to do. Hold up, not leak, and feels very secure. After dealing with a company for a year promising to come out to fix our leaky roof, we called Flat Roof Pros. Tim came out from Albuquerque to Los Alamos to give us a quote and time frame. Because it was during the rainy season they even came out earlier than the date they had given us. Tim and his crew did an EXCELLENT job Including cleaning up after the job was done and we couldn’t be more thankful. They saved us money and a lot of headaches. Tim even went above and beyond dealing with our county (who sometimes are a pain to deal with). We highly recommend Flat Roof Pros, they are honest and do a great job!!!! We are ready for winter! They said they do roof repairs. The guy comes out then says they can't repair A FLAT ROOF and tries to sell ke a whole new roof. Call another roofer 200 repair was all that was needed.

Our residential roof was originally structured poorly, I have called several roofing companies for advice and estimate repairs. Flat Roof Pros is FPI Vendor who does services all of our communities, so I have called them to come for evaluation. After talking to their inspector I have realized in conversation how important maintenance to longevity of the roof, knowledge and experience was very professional. I highly recommend Flat Roof Pros company for quality of work and great customer service. The most important that we received 20 year warranty for labor and material.
