I brought my bike to Tooky Wheelworks after the chain snapped. Brian was awesome, personable, and easy to work with. Brian was very attentive and analyzed my needs before making any recommendations. Brian did not to service my bike with a one size fits all solution, instead he evaluated my bike and had it back on the road in a surprisingly short time. I will definitely be bringing my bike back to Brian in the future. Thank you Brian!

me and my friend cam in just to look around and look at the shop and it was an awesome experience this shop is not like your average shop he comes and helps you like a friend not a worker when we came in to ask questions he was answering every thing and showing us all the bikes and work that he does and he was also very interested in what we had to say as costumers he was very passionate about helping and started showing us really cool video of mounting biking to spark our interest in mountain biking even more this will defiantly be my go to place to go when i need a new bike and end my bike fixednnthanks Brian

Brian is bot only an excellent bike mechanic he is honest and cares about the rider even if a first time customer.
