Love our new roof! So nice not to have to shovel it off this winter. Our roof was installed this fall. All of the workers at our residence were a great bunch of guys! They were very polite and professional, they also made sure the yard was cleaned every time they wrapped up for the day. Our roof was installed in 3 1/2 days! Questions always answered in a timely manner if not right away from sales. I highly recommend Vertex for your next roof!!
I got my roof put on two years ago, these guys were awesome! Super knowledgeable, incredibly professional and not mention my roof looks amazing! I refer Vertex to anyone interested in a forever roof.
Joke of a company. Lousy craftsmanship, and their workers are the most impolite morons ever!
Parents had their 3 season porch done in Grand Rapids. Has had issues with leaking since new roof installed, have had issues with Vertex not returning phone calls. Even wrote a letter and no response. Roof is still leaking.
