We enjoyed our spacious cabin and the outdoor beauty surrounding it! Unfortunately, we had to go into town and purchase kleenex, hand soap, paper towel, bottled water and washcloths. Had those been included along with nice bath towels and comfy beds, the resort would easily be a 5 star cabin!
Beautiful. A fun place to hang out with friends
Stayed in cabin 7, wow! A beautiful log house! Peggy was wonderful to work with and it great to hear some stories about the resort and how her husband and her built some of the cabins. We enjoyed, bonfire, some fishing (w/no luck though lol), the sauna was great, views of lake and minimal wildlife. So worth it, just wish we has more than 3-1/2 days to stay.
Great cabins. No fish on this lake. Come to hang not to fish, someone told me there were lake trout, they don’t exist. Bring a guitar and a listen to music.
Beautiful cabins!! We stayed in cabin #1 which is the biggest. Beds are comfortable (I was pleasantly surprised) , sheets were clean, it has everything you need! Cabin had WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher (BYO laundry soap), microwave, dishwasher, lots of fans, heat, showers, one tub, loads of beds, one small TV with an HDMI hookup, and a sauna. Master bedroom has it's own attached bathroom. No AC. Lots of vicious mosquitoes so bring bug spray. We had some luck fishing!nnSuggestions for updates: replace wicker furniture - its tired, needs a few new screen doors - some holes, more steps down to dock - hill is steep.nnOverall, I would stay there again!
