Very nice place for a family vacation. Had a great time. Manager and her husband are very nice folks. Remember to bring paper towels, dish soap and hand soap though. Nearest grocery store is tiny and over priced, we went to Grand rapids for grocery which was 45 min drive one way.
I booked this place for a bday getaway and the experience was amazing. The staff was helpful and kind. The lake was beautiful. The cabin was clean.
Very quiet and peaceful. Great place to get away. Lake is very clear with loons nesting near by.
Our family takes a fall trip every year and we think we found our place for years to come, it's absolutely beautiful with a peaceful presence! The cabins are well kept and the owners are the sweetest people who care mostly about the happiness of their campers. We rented a pontoon for one day which was incredible, it helped us really enjoy the lake to the fullest with our three girls ( 9, 3 and 2 months). Fishing was great! Hiking was great! We left feeling refreshed and closer as a family! Thanks Jack the Horse Resort!
