Great customer service, good selection, knowledgeable staff.
I've been getting my bikes (both regular and e-bike) serviced here for years and completely trust Tom and his team. Recently, my bike was slightly damaged when I was hit by a car and they prioritized repairing it that day so I could commute in the evening. I'm sure it threw a wrench into his scheduled repairs, but I greatly appreciated his willingness to get me back on the road so soon. These guys are great!
Got a smokin deal on a clearance bike, and we did everything over the phone and they delivered the bike to the ferry dock so I could do a quick round trip (I live in Seattle). Amazing service.
