DoubleTree by Hilton Ann Arbor North

Very good hotel. They have a new feature where you can download an app and check into the hotel without any personal interaction with the front desk if you are worried about that. They have pet friendly rooms, my dog is 10 pounds and he was able to say with us for 75$ total for the two nights. They gave us a room with a sliding door that had access to the courtyard behind the hotel so it made it really easy to take him out frequently. The staff loves dogs so they were giving him biscuits as well.

Room was good. There was plenty of space. What I found that neither of us liked when we opened the bathroom door my friend was hurt because she was on toilet and I banged her knees. The door needed to be put over its easy to forget when you are at a new place it is easy to forget about the door. Also the toilet was too short. It was hard to get up.

It is on the small side but its very clean and was nice to have on our own for a bit. ud83dude0dThe rooms are easy to settle into and the private bathrooms are nice. The shower pressure is dynamite and the TV is huge! ud83eudd29ud83eudd29We got the room with 2 queens overlooking the courtyard. Beautiful snowy outlook in a toasty room. ud83eudd70Very cozy and clean bedding with a firm mattress underneath. Each room has a microwave, mini fridge, safe and coffee maker. They really think of everything!ud83eudd17 Not far from downtown, there's lots of places to try for good eats and lots of roaming to be done! This trip has been one of the nicest I've been on in a long time due to covid. ud83eudd27 Here's to many more!!!!

My stay was excellent! I planned on staying one night, but ended up staying 3 nights this Valentine's Day weekend. The hotel management and staff were phenomenal! Especially Dan, (General Manager) he was so nice, sweet and patient. They were so flexible and understanding. The room was very spacious. The King Size bed was huge, not to mention the TV looked like a 50 inch for sure. They have a beautiful bathroom, glass opening door. Again, everything was perfect! This might be my new getaway home hahaud83dude18. Thank you so much DoubleTree. Way to go! Definitely a 5 star hotel.

I like staying here because the rooms are a nice size, pets are accepted, there are many nice surrounding areas to walk a pet and the hotel is close to a small shopping center. Of all the times I stayed here, I only recently asked for a cookie when I checked in when I overheard a guest in front of me being offered one. I am so bummed I never asked for a cookie all the other times I stayed here because they are really good-I will never make that mistake again. ud83dude42 I hope that the restaurant/bar inside the hotel will eventually be open so I can enjoy a meal and a cocktail the next time I am in town.
