Just stayed in a two room suite:nPositives:n-friendly front desk staffn-hot water in showern-two room setupn-fireplace was nicennNegatives: (a lot).n-hallways reaked of alcohol, puke and musty old carpet. We seriously opened a car air freshener in our room to detox from the smell.n-cleaning staff did not wear gloves or maskn-couch in room was ripped and dirtyn-shower curtain not on the hooksn-dust buildup on vent fan was thickn-carpet smelled and didn’t look vacuumedn-pool was coldn-staff was smoking right outside the entrance so you couldn’t not walk through it to get to the deskn-our party’s third room was no longer available because of ‘maintenance issues.” They offered a smaller room.nnWe will not stay here again and advise anyone especially during the pandemic to stay clear.
from what I did, very good I didn't do much so I cant say it was great but I liked it from what i did so four stars
Worst stay ever! I stay here a lot for convenience, but my room had no doors on the closet. There were no racks available to take up our things, so we had to make a few trips to the car. Moved to a new room and the people next to us had a very loud party. I complained around 5 times. Was told the police were called but never saw them. Eventually we had to pack up AGAIN, and move.
Lobby was very dirty so I didn't want to stay. The staff was super nice.
My stay here was incredibly distasteful...there was garbage bags laying in the hallways in front of every room. My family got really screwed over and a very stressful situation regarding their room and it was disgusting. Stained floors and the rooms just looked very unclean. I would never stay there again nor would I suggest going there to anyone else. Their breakfast options were less than appetizing as well... a biscuit and oatmeal in a bag... I'm only leaving one star because I have to rate in order to post.
