Hotel was nice, lobby area beautiful. Room was clean. Staff was polite Though the breakfast we got was in a bag it was one of the better ones we have received this past year. I almost gave a 3 because stairways need a good cleaning as do the hallways and very loud on highway side of hotel. If you stay here definitely ask to stay in a room opposite the highway.

Staff is the special factor here. Every one of them was friendly, helpful, courteous. Front desk people suggested restaurants, plow fellow helped me after a snowstorm and I had no brush. and room were very clean housekeeping doing excellent job.. Room had fridge and microwave which we appreciate. Bagged breakfast was fine and expected during these times. We especially want to thank Jeanette Anderson, sales director, for answering questions and making us feel welcome even before we checked innHotel is very quiet, we heard little from other guests or outside. Heat unit quiet and warm in below 0 temps! We were here on business and used the business center easily. Highly recommend Best Western Flint. We'll be back.

It's been recently remodeled, so it was clean. It's reasonably priced.. The rooms and beds are nice. Unfortunately our experience was pretty bad with them. We were there on a Wednesday evening and observed MANY shady dealings. It got so bad, where police became involved, that we packed up after midnight, got a reimbursement and went to another hotel. Great place, wrong location.

was great except 2 things - first because no one informed me that be the key had to be swiped in front of lock,the plumbing in the shower had a valve issue ( either very hot - then when I moved. Tried to turn it down it was very cold ) the reason my nephew bought us the rooms is because the water at the house wasn't working (so we could take a shower)nI'm still pleased for what he did for us was very nice and iguess
