This place is a great place to stay. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are cozy and warm. We stay here up to 4 times a year and they are always so accommodating!! Thank you for always taking care of us!!nn2020-this place is under new management and is no longer the welcoming facility it used to be. We do not stay here anymore when we are in Battle Creek.
Everything was great and what I expect for a hotel at this price. The pool was open and clean. The excercise facility oopen and good options. Room very clean and stocked and spacious and modern. The water pressure in the bathtub was disappointing. There was no food served and not even a cold food choice (in a bag) even. This is disappointing for the price of the Hotel. I have stayed at much lesser quality of places and they at least offered a bagged breakfast for guests. 3 is the very best I can give.
Was really decent compared to some hotels in battle creek and not to pricey either
Absolute dump. Broken door lock, no filters in hvac unit, two remotes?, broken chair leg, no shelves in fridge, broken alarm clock, and weird low ceiling with faux beams. It did seem to be clean, and the bed was decent though.
Kicked someone out for not seeing a sign about the closong time for the pool and they had kids a old lady and was going to get police involed wouldn't reccomend
