Friends recommended Cobscook Bay Cottages to us and we are in their debt. What a find! The setting is gorgeous: miles of walking trails along 2 miles of coastline. We made last minute reservations and stayed in the smallest cottage, The Coop. It was spotlessly clean and had comfortable and appealing furniture. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, oven and all the dishes and tools to make the stay comfortable. In the evenings we walked along the shoreline and had wine and watched the sunset from the Adirondack chairs strategically placed for the best views. This place is magical, and we will most certainly be back.
Great place, friendly owners, extremely reasonable prices & the views were spectacular.
Were it not for the mosquitoes this place would be perfect. Dick was extremely helpful and the cottages are beautiful and roomy. Rustic with the gas lamps. And the views stupendous. Recommend maybe getting one higher on the bluff to limit the mosquito concerns.
Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Clean, well kept cottage. Great Hosts!
