In 2018 I hiked the entire AT. Human Nature Hostel is one of the best.
Take your signs down on the AT if you're closed.
This hostel was great, clean with an awesome view and great breakfast pancakes. We originally were drawn here because Guthooks' advertised slack packing from Grafton Notch to the next exit to Rangely, but this was not offered by the hostel. The staff could have been more friendly but I understand the hiker drama they have to deal with. Thanks for the hospitality.
What an amazing place to visit, relax, refresh and be inspired! I was able to participate in the first workshop held here at the Human Nature Hostel, in the beautifully designed and crafted geodesic dome. Ryan's passion and vision to create this hostel for it's many uses for hikers, travelers, healers and those who seek to connect with nature and the inner self is profound. I was warmly welcomed as soon as I arrived. Wonderful people, good vibes, and hard work and VISION has created this place. I look forward to returning and seeing the progress.
The Human-Nature Hostel is a new healing hostel that supports hikers and travelers to come to a restful place of beauty while taking advantage of healing opportunities. It was an honor to be the first self-realization facilitator to share my workshops with this community. I recommend checking this place out if you are looking for a quiet, conscious space to hike, heal, connect, and unwind from the fast pace of everyday life.
