The room was dirty. No hot water for a shower. The hotel also charged me a smoking charge and my husband and I do not smoke period. They did not inform me that they were charging it just appeared. I called the hotel and complained. I told them that I could prove we do not smoke and that they needed to show me proof that we smoke they couldn't. I think this is a scam to get extra money. My husband is a cancer survivor and would def not smoke. I will never stay there again and I will post reviews all over the booking sites so that this does not happen to another person.
Nice clean room and loved the service we got at the little pub at the hotel!
We never stayed because it said we had an ocean view but we had to look past a building across the street to stay. It’s not even on the same side of the street as the ocean. Should be more specific. Also check out was 9 AM most hotels are 11 AM. Went down the road stayed at the Seacliff With beach access right outside our door. It was well worth losing the money.
I love this place! Great location and awesome bar/restaurant on site. The staff is all so friendly and helpful. I stayed here because the hotel i was familiar with was full and since then i now stay here. Have been coming back for 4 years and never had an issue.
Worst hotel to stay, rooms dirty ,no beach view,full of dogs,swimming pool nasty, and was over price .please do not stay here.
