They dont know get there word & its hard to get anything fixed. When we first moved in we got a 2 bedroom because they was fixing a 3 bedroom they promised us we would get a 3 bedroom in 2 months. Because I have one child & was pregnant now they wont rent they want to sale.
They care about collecting rent that’s about it. Go ahead and say I am behind on rent I have my cashed checks. Can you not read? I have cashed checks always paid on time! Ole Dean must be drunk!
I had originally before moving in had said what a great property manager that they had. I am not changing that, he is and does the best that he can do. The reason I am only giving them 2 stars is due to how I was treated upon moving out.
I can promise you, you do not own my trailer at all. I have the title not you. So think again. And if you pay attention to your records you would k ow my lot rent is never late. And i bet i could call roto rooter and get documentation that they have been to my address several times in the last 2-3 years. But i will call the EPA next time. And thats why there are police reports on your manager to back up all that i say.
Older trailer park..used to be fairly decent. Noticed most of the trailers are empty and need fixing up.
