The entire Elite Exteriors team was great and very professional! Maggie was right there with us from start to finish and answered all our questions promptly. She addressed any concerns we had adequately. Marcin was with the insurance adjuster and made sure the entire process went smoothly and with little interruption to me and my family. On the day of the roof replacement, Miko was in charge and made sure they started on time and if any issues came up, he brought them up to me right away. When the roof was completed, they came back a few days later to make sure everything was fine. Barbara called me to make sure I was okay with the new roof.nElite puts out a quality product! This, along with their kindness, politeness and knowledge makes Elite a #1 Company that I would recommend and use again!
Storm/wind damage to residence: initial insurance inspection did not recognize/approve total repairs to roof/gutters. Miko and his crew were recommended by another professional that has done work on our home.nThey came on time, tore off my old roof, replaced with a new roof, we're clean and neat, even used a contraption to make sure no nails were left behind. Miko gave me a good honest quote, performed the work he said he would in a timely fashion. He even called after a storm to make sure we had no problems, we did not.nElite has also corrected a balcony problem that I had, which caused a leak in my screen porch. He is the only person that took the time to analyze the problem and figure out a solution. I have recommended Miko to my family and friends.
