After the tornado in August, 2020, we found our roof and siding were damaged. Chicagoland Exteriors was recommended by a friend. Jake worked with us and with our insurance and was able to get the roof and siding replaced for just the deductible. The roof was installed in one day and the siding was installed in one day as well. The work was excellent. I would highly recommend Chicagoland Exteriors.
Last summer Chicagoland Exteriors replaced our gutters and siding. Jake was in charge of our project and he was wonderful! He had great communication with us throughout the whole process and made everything so easy. The day of the project, the workers were very fast, efficient and cleaned up well afterwards. Highly recommend. Great experience overall!nnThe Chicagoland Exteriors team did a great job for us from start to finish. They met with our insurance adjuster to show them the hail and wind damage to our roof and siding, and the insurance company approved the repairs almost immediately. We also had them install several new windows and a sliding glass door.nnThe services (windows, siding, roof/gutters) all took place on three different days and with three different work crews who were all highly professional. Not only did they take great care in their craft, they worked efficiently, and cleaned up very well afterwards.nnFrom an administrative standpoint they did an awesome job of communicating with me throughout the whole process (somewhat extended due to window manufacturer backlog) and answered all of my questions as they came along. Nate, John, Javier, and the whole team were awesome to deal with and I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

What an excellent experience throughout the quoting and replacement process and, further, the quality of work was impressive. I had new siding, a new roof, and new gutters installed. There were 2 different teams that worked on my house, one for the roof and the other for the siding and gutters. Both teams worked like a well-oiled machine. I have had neighbors comment on how efficiently the work was done (and also how nice the house looks).nnI initially called Chicagoland Exteriors to get a quote for new gutters. In between the time I called and the date of my appointment, a severe storm that produced a tornado and hail passed through my neighborhood. My appointment for gutters turned into a storm damage assessment. Jake worked with my insurance company every step of the way, making the experience stress-free for me.nnI called Chicagoland Exteriors because they had good reviews and were local. If I need any work in the future, I will call them again. I highly recommend!
