The hotel clerk gave us such a hard time checking in. The next morning she lied to the manager as if we were given parking passes all the bands for each person No keys we’re given due to virtually checking in . The manager act as if our complaints weren’t important which really had me wondering exactly what the problem was when our family had 10 rooms and counting in the hotel for the entire weekend.nNo one should experience such ill treatment when your spending money . My question is WHY!!!
A grand setting with spacious rooms. The evening receptions and breakfast are definitely above average. I thought my bathroom floor could be cleaner. I noticed spots on the sheets and towels. Staff is very courteous.
Very nice.
Would of had 5 stars but this place is always packed so the pool and workout areas had to many kids to allow some to use the area. The workout area was more of a hang out to get away from the parents
Fabulous rooms. Awesome Happy Hour. Fantastic Breakfast. Wonderful and attentive staff
