Super nice. Really bad side of town. Set back in industrial part of town.
Booked multiple room for wedding. Used two bedroom suite for bridal party. Great couldn't day enough good things. Only negative is Birstro at breakfast very understaffed. Cesar is great to work with coordinating large parties.
My girlfriend was in town for a few days before Thanksgiving for business. The Company she worked for had put the room on there card and everything and everything was booked and in order. Except, for a $50 Fee that no one said anything about. Well, that is fine except when your ten dollars short in the account and pay day is still two days away. Her Company offered to pay the amount. But, when the company called the Clerk refused to deduct it from the Company card (Which was on file as it was used to book the room in the first place) under the guise of the fact the CEO themself was not there presenting the card to them so the Clerk refused to deduct it on the card which is laughable and extremely petty behavior. Just a warning to anyone else using Business cards or whose Business booked this hotel, I would suggest staying elsewhere. Smh.
