Great experience from when I entered the front lobby. Friendly staff and they made me feel welcome. The room was very comfort with good amenities. Really comfortable bed, I slept very well. I look forward to staying here again. Highly recommend!
I recently stayed at (Comfort Suites). I was excited about the stay and loved the online photos of the room, but when I arrived I was disappointed in the condition of the room. Beyond that the quality of of customer service I received from the hotel manager at the front desk left a lot to be desired. Initially we were put in 336 (King suite) and due to the toilet over flowing we had to be switched over to another room, which was room 335 (Two double beds).nnDuring the two day stay when we were switched over to room 335 out key card somehow stopped working. We left the room 3x and every time we had to walk ALL the way down the elevator each time to get the reactivated.nnI was willing to accept the condition of the room as a one-off incident that would be taken care of by management, but that was not the case. We would like a full refund.nnPS: the “manager” Moe, he’s absolutely awful. What’s the purpose of having an on-site manager if he’s no help.nnGood luck.nn—-nnUPDATE: This is the “General Manager’s” response.
Hotel was unexpectedly quite nice . Very clean. large sitting area. Coffee cut off time too early often times coffee is available all day. That was my only complaint
Good clean place, but some of the guest was very rude to the friendly and helpful staff. It is a $200 deposit for debit card user. I wish I would have known I would of use credit card.
Beautiful, clean, covid19 compliant. We had to find a place to stay at the last minute. Our power went out the day before, and my husband needed a place to sleep because of his medical condition. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and very friendly. The room is comfortable, affordable and cozy. This will be one of my go-to places. Easily accessible from 290.
