Extremely dissapointed with how they are handling a crash replacement issue I have with my bike. I purchased my bike out of state and they want to charge me for the time they spend to deal with the bike manufacturer.nnI get it, I didn't buy the bike from you guys. But I was a happy customer that bought a mountain bike when the owner first ran his business out of his garage and he now has two brick and mortar locations. I guess I am not important anymore now that they are getting more customers. Pretty much getting the I am doing you a favor vibe.nnI was going to buy another 10k bike and was going to go through them but am just going to buy online from now on(I am not just saying this. I am really going to be getting a second bike). At least this motivates me to learn how to work on my own bike as well so something came good out of this.

Great shop, extremely hard working and competent young staff.nnI'd encourage anyone to rent the demo mountain bikes if you've never riden one. Amazing time.nnDear Management: you cant have these guys locking the front door to the shop during business hours, even during covid. It's a fire exit and a life safety issue (unless it's a breakaway door, which I don't think it is) xo

Absolutely the best customer service.nI’ve had my Giant Trance 2 worked on with Progression a few times in the last 4 years, and they have been outstanding every single time. Everyone on the team is so kind and informative - and nobody has ever made me feel like a “noob” for not being a bike part expert - they’ve been happy to explain the issues I’ve had, and they made quick work of ordering parts, and performing services on my bike.nnEven during this crazy time (for future reference - we’re in the middle of COVID-19), they have been incredibly responsive, with their normal fantastic level of service. I’m blown away.nnI recommend Progression to all my friends and they’ve got my business for life.
