The highlands location always is my favorite to go to because of the hard working floor workers! Shoutout to Mitchell, Lakota, and Nathan for always helping me and my kids out picking the best and latest toys and accessories! Awesome service by Tom and Matthew. There was one other guy but I forgot his name. KUDOS TO YOU GUYS.........I live in Tacoma but drove there as they had had a treadmill I wanted. Those guys took care of me and perfected the art of customer service......
Got immediate help locating the item we needed. We were in and out in 5 minutes, perfect!
I had a bit of a mixup with one of the promotions going on. The signage was really unclear, anyway a rep named Connie helped sort it out. She was super friendly, quick and acknowledged the ambiguity of the add. And when I got the cashier Matt or Mathew.. was super patient about the whole thing. I took up a ton of time and was a pain In the butt trying to figure out if a cup was on discount or not... but I was never rushed or given an attitude by either of them. Customer service like this isn’t everywhere!! I’ll make the trip out here again to buy camping gear. Worth the extra few minutes of a drive to get treated well.
Looking for a certain pair of hiking boots, shoutout to Larry for helping me and assisting me today. Very professional over the phone and very good customer service. :)
